FAQ

Q:  How much is shipping? 
A:  We Offer Free Standard Shipping on All Orders!  


Q:  How long does shipping takes?
A:  All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. 

Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days from the initial processing date.  

Deliveries are typically made Monday thru Saturday between 8.00 am - 6.30 pm.  Working days are Monday to Friday (and don't include public holidays or weekends). We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.

We may ship orders with multiple products separately to ensure you get your products as soon as possible.


Q:  Where is my order?
A:  You can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER using the tracking number sent to you via email or you can click on TRACK YOUR ORDER link at the top of this page.  On this page you can track your order using either your order number and email or the shipping number.  

 

Q:  What is my tracking number?
A:  This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 business days after placing your order by contacting support.

 

Q:  I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A:  Simply contact us at support@ivyandmaplegoods.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

 

Q:  How can I make changes to my order?
A:  If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

            We Can Change:

                 - Your delivery details
                 - Your name
                 - Your email
                 - Your phone number

 

Q:  How can I cancel my order? 
A:  You must contact us within 12 hours.  

*We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.  

 

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

*The exception is the Tighten up Facial Device.  This product has a 60-day return policy.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.  The exception is the Tighten Up Facial Device.  This product can be returned used.  

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ivyandmaplegoods.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) for any reason other than damaged or lost. The cost of return shipping is $5.99.  

 

Q:  Who do I contact if there's something wrong with my order?
A:  If there's a problem with a purchase, let us know right away! Describe the issue and send any available photos to support@ivyandmaplegoods.com
